KreditFlow keeps the minimum records needed to operate creator access, music participation, accounting, security, and support.
Information we collect
We collect account identity supplied by the sign-in provider, profile and payout contact details, song selections, post URLs and submission details, plan and subscription state, wallet and payout records, fraud and review signals, administrative audit events, and limited first-party visit analytics. Uploaded song files and generated previews are stored privately.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate users, control catalog access, review and recheck submissions, calculate participation scores and capped pools, manage credits and payout requests, enforce rights periods, prevent abuse, maintain records, and understand site demand. A review timestamp records an administrator's attestation; it is not presented as direct social-platform verification.
Sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, storage, accounting, and payout providers needed to run the service. We do not state that a payout occurred until a provider reference is recorded. We may disclose records where required by law, rights enforcement, security, or disputes.
Retention and security
Financial, rights, ledger, and audit records may be retained for compliance and dispute purposes. Temporary upload sessions, rate-limit records, and operational analytics are periodically cleaned. Access-controlled pages are private and song files are checked before activation, but no system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can update your payout email and appearance preference in the creator account. Access removal does not erase records that KreditFlow must preserve for accounting, fraud prevention, rights, audit, or legal obligations.
