Program terms
These terms describe the KreditFlow creator participation program. They are written to keep access, tracking, credits, and payouts distinct.
1. What the program is
KreditFlow lets approved creators use eligible licensed songs and participate in capped song-level pools when qualified royalty-backed revenue exists. A post, view, stream, like, comment, share, or engagement signal does not itself create payment.
2. Eligibility and approved use
You must control the creator account and submit an original, public, live post using the correct approved audio. Submissions may be reviewed, rejected, frozen, adjusted, or invalidated for rights, quality, trust, fraud, disclosure, or platform-rule reasons.
3. Pools and credits
Songs are evaluated in monthly cycles against song and catalog baselines. Positive song movement may be reduced by the catalog bleed check. Eligible poolable revenue is divided between the creator pool and program reserve. Multipliers change how a capped pool is divided; they never enlarge the pool. Values remain pending or conditional until their stated verification, plan, cycle, and vesting requirements are met.
4. Plans
Free, VIP Monthly, and VIP Yearly plans provide different song-access limits, participation weights, accumulation windows, and reset protection. More access creates more possible participation surfaces, not guaranteed earnings. VIP Yearly reset-safe value is conditional and requires full-term completion and end-of-term review. Early cancellation, turning renewal off before term completion, lapse, failed payment, or disqualification can forfeit conditional annual benefits, but does not erase already vested payable balance. A creator who completes the full term remains eligible for end-of-term review whether they renew or end the subscription afterward.
5. Payouts
A payout may be requested only after available balance meets the applicable threshold. Requests are reviewed and held in KreditFlow; approved transfers may then be completed through an external provider. KreditFlow does not label a request paid until an administrator records the provider's real transaction reference. Saving a payout contact does not verify ownership or trigger a transfer. Pending, conditional, estimated, tracked, or under-review values are not payable balances.
6. Rights and availability
Song availability can start, pause, lock, become disputed, end, or be removed as rights and catalog status change. A removed song may remain in historical records while new uses and payouts are blocked or held.
7. Abuse and enforcement
Duplicate submissions, fake accounts, manipulated links, recycled content, bought engagement, bot activity, collusion, payout farming, and attempts to manipulate streams or verification are prohibited. KreditFlow may reject submissions, reduce trust weight, hold or freeze wallets, forfeit conditional credits, suspend accounts, and attempt reversals where appropriate.
8. No guarantee
KreditFlow does not guarantee access, placement, engagement, revenue, credit, vesting, payout, or future availability. Program rules may be updated prospectively; locked cycles retain their recorded calculation settings and the ledger keeps an audit trail of movements.
